Job Description

Overview Develop, optimize, and make continuous improvement of manufacturing processes across global production sites. Have technical leadership, hands-on process support, and strategic development to ensure production technologies remain robust, cost-effective, and scalable. Drive best-in-class process standards and support knowledge transfer across departments. Responsibilities Develop, optimize, and standardize complex manufacturing processes in collaboration with global production teams. Provide hands-on support to troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues in live production environments. Identify opportunities for process improvements that enhance productivity, reduce costs, and ensure consistent product quality. Lead or contribute to technical projects aimed at introducing new manufacturing technologies, tools, and methods. Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Maintenance, Quality, Operations, and Planning to align process development with business objectives. Analyze production data and technical performance metrics to support decision-making and report findings to stakeholders. Prepare, maintain, and validate technical documentation in compliance with industry standards and company requirements. Act as a mentor and knowledge resource for junior engineers and technicians, promoting continuous learning and development. Ensure that process development activities are aligned with company Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards. Demonstrate a customer service-oriented mindset in supporting internal production stakeholders. Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent field). Desirable Master’s degree in a related engineering field Specialization in Process Engineering or Industrial Technology Required training Safety Training according to HSE Training Matrix. Solid knowledge of manufacturing equipment and process monitoring Fluent in English (written and spoken). Excel and Word. Desirable training Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies Familiarity with CAD tools and manufacturing documentation systems Knowledge of HSE practices in industrial environments Experience in global/multisite manufacturing support J-18808-Ljbffr
