Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Experience managing at various levels, including supervising other supervisors. Over 5 years leading warehouse or operations roles. Experience in a 24/7/365 environment. Leadership in culture transformation. Strong communication skills to motivate and collaborate. Focus on developing people. Fluent in English. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience. What Will Put You Ahead Proven track record of coaching and developing teams. Ability to build high-performance teams.
