We are seeking a capable and proactive leader who will be responsible for building from scratch a financially sustainable business while providing first rate customer service in Itaituba. Key tasks Translate the strategic goals of business into operational plans to achieve the required targets. Analyze data from local market research and competitors' actions to generate commercial insights and adjust business plan. Promote the company’s services/brand through advertising and marketing campaigns. Conduct research to identify new channels and user acquisition. Develop new business opportunities, and actively seek new growth and expansion opportunities. Manage relationships with partners. Report on a weekly basis to top management on the work progress, milestones completion, branch growth. Requirements Background in Sales (B2C/B2B) or Business Development. Hands-on experience in developing a business from zero will be a big plus. Team Management experience: 1 year or above. Strong command of the English language (both verbal & written). Tech-savvy (MS Office, Google Workstation). Working conditions & benefits Stable working schedule, commercial hours. Online training course for beginners.
