Position Summary We’re looking for a Senior Demand Planner to take our forecasting and S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process to the next level. This high-impact individual contributor role blends deep analytical work with strategic collaboration. You’ll own demand planning across our product portfolio while partnering with key stakeholders to implement a proactive, insight-driven planning approach that improves forecast accuracy and drives smarter, data-backed decisions across the supply chain and business. Location: Bethlehem, PA Our hybrid model offers the best of both worlds: 3 remote days and 2 in-office days each week in Bethlehem, PA to foster collaboration and connection. To support work-life balance, associates living 50 miles away are eligible for one reimbursed hotel stay per week to reduce commuting time. How You’ll Impact Results Build and manage rolling demand forecasts across complete portfolio using historical sales data, customer demand trends, and market intelligence / trends Lead the monthly S&OP Demand Review and present to senior leadership including forecast assumptions, risks, and opportunities Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain for alignment on forecasts and plans Analyze forecast performance and identify opportunities to improve forecast accuracy and reduce variability as well as implement corrective actions. Support key initiatives like new product launches, seasonal plans, and portfolio strategy Recommend and drive enhancements of forecasting tools, systems, and demand planning process improvements Collaborate with supply planning and customer service to optimize inventory, improve service levels, and minimize waste and obsolescence Your Qualifications That Will Ensure Success Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Statistics, Economics, or related field Master’s preferred Experience: 5 years of experience in demand planning, demand forecasting, or supply chain planning, ideally in Fast Moving Consumer Goods, CPG or food & beverage Hands-on experience with S&OP process design, forecasting techniques, and cross-functional planning Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and demand planning software (e.g., GIB, Anaplan, Oracle Demantra, or similar) Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at multiple levels Strategic thinker with a data oriented mindset and ability to execute in a fast-paced environment Bonus: experience with new product launches, seasonality, perishability and/or shelf-life constraints Just Born is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer: Female / Minority / Disability / Protected Veteran / Sexual Orientation / Gender Identity Our Pledge To Diversity, Equity And Inclusion Vision Just Born’s Vision is to create a workplace where every associate feels inspired and confident to bring their whole selves to work.
