Overview Location: South and Latin America Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a robust tire sales strategy for Eastern Europe aligned with global business goals and local market trends. Set and monitor country-wise and product-wise sales targets across all tire segments – Truck & Bus Radials (TBR), Passenger Car Radials (PCR), Off-The-Road (OTR), Farm, 2-Wheeler (2W), Industrial Tires, and emerging segments such as Electric Vehicle (EV) tires. Drive the growth of premium, mid-range, and economy tire product lines to achieve maximum market coverage, targeting both retail and institutional buyers. Market Development: Strategically expand the dealer and distributor network across key markets including Poland, Romania, Hungary, Czech Republic, and the Balkans. Identify and penetrate high-growth segments such as large fleets, mining operations, agriculture, government transportation tenders, and OEMs. Establish long-term partnerships with national distributors, large dealers, and regional wholesalers, enhancing market access and brand loyalty. Channel Growth: Expand the dealer and distributor network across Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, and Paraguay. Develop and execute a tire sales strategy for South and Latin America aligned with global business goals and local market trends.
