Responsibilities This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Nursing located in Aurora, NE. The Director of Nursing will oversee the nursing staff, manage daily operations, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Responsibilities include maintaining high standards of care, implementing infection control measures, developing patient care programs, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals. The Director will also be involved in staff training, performance evaluations, and long-term care planning.
