What We Offer: Job Description Position: TÉCNICO DE SUPORTE DE TI Working Hours: 09:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday (may be altered at the company's or client's discretion). Work Location: Centro Cívico, Curitiba – PR Contract Type: Temporary What We Are Looking For: Education: Pursuing or completed higher education or technical degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields. Computer Skills: Advanced. Language: Portuguese. Experience: At least 6 months. Main Responsibilities: Support rollout projects, including activities such as: Removing old computers. Installing new equipment. Transporting equipment. Organizing cables and wires for installation. Joining computers to the local domain. Performing functionality tests with equipment and users. Registering assets in control spreadsheets. Formatting computers. Packaging equipment for dispatch. Logging activities in service tickets. Essential Personal Traits: Punctuality, good communication skills, physical ability to carry boxes, climb stairs, crouch, and responsibility for tasks and goals. Specific Knowledge, Certificates, and Certifications: Experience with GLPI (Desirable).
