About Role Mobility operates one of the world's largest corporate travel programs, covering business travel, assignments, and events. We deliver a world-class service to our customers, allowing them to focus on what matters most. Timely and comprehensive assignee and traveller analytics, insights, and tools to support operations and crisis management. Key Responsibilities Responsible for Mobility analytics around assignments and costs Accountable for BS & MI data management including Reporting Inventory & Collibra, Data Governance Global Roster Consolidation, Impacts of Workday, NGGM, Org changes Leads BS & MI analytics innovation work developing new tools to support management of cost, compliance, and carbon Provides oversight of CWT analytics services Manages reporting support for country-specific reporting in support of local requirements (e.g., China Hotels, USA, Canada, LATAM, ANZ, MET, NBB, ASG) Manages reporting support of crisis response Supports routine analytics for the Travel Program, Assignments program, and M&E program Manages timely and high-quality responses to leadership ad hoc requests Supports capacity management through resource balancing and efficiency improvements Applies new data tools to reduce work, integrate data, surface insights, and support automation for teams Qualifications Fluency in spoken and written English Strong analytical and leadership skills Customer service and relationship management skills Understanding of business strategy and organizational structure Proficiency with Microsoft tools (Power BI, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Excellent communication skills Experience with stakeholder management and operational excellence Ability to manage multiple complex activities independently Experience in cross-border roles and global project management Experience in brand, marketing, and communications projects Knowledge of travel industry and corporate mobility processes (desired) Knowledge of Python (desired) Work Environment Benefits Various health, wellness, and flexible benefits Accenture Days: 5 extra days off annually Extended parental leave Financial assistance for childcare and other benefits Accenture promotes diversity and inclusion All hiring decisions are made without discrimination based on race, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age, religion, nationality, or other protected characteristics.
