Overview Join to apply for the SAP SD IT Operation Engineer role at Lenovo Responsibilities Working as an IT engineer, daily operation in supply chain and order management area, including issue troubleshooting, proactive monitoring, customer care, Intelligent operation (AI), etc. Support system operation of Lenovo SAP ECC/S4, CFOC and other self-developed systems, mainly involved in order placing, supply chain, invoice and other related fields. Assist users to solve system issues with high quality and quantity based on urgency; solve monitoring issues and identify opportunities for monitoring automation. Record valuable knowledge as documentation in the knowledge base in high quality. Complete team key tasks assigned by team leader with high quality and quantity, e.g., AI related topics. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above; major in computer science or logistics preferred Strong sense of responsibility and ambition Good team cooperation and communication Familiar with supply chain business; more than 1-2 years experience in SAP ECC/S4 SD module; project implementation or operation; proficient in ECC SD operation; know configuration and integration knowledge with SAP SD; ABAP language understanding preferred Know AI knowledge/intelligent operation preferred Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit Good English reading, writing and speaking; working language Eager to learn and excellent self-study capability Resume in English is required Additional info Seniority level: Associate Employment type: Full-time Job function: Engineering and Customer Service Industries: IT Services and IT Consulting J-18808-Ljbffr
