Position Number: S97830 | Salary: approximately $134,320 - $163,430 (Grade: 13 - 40). Salary and grade are subject to change based on experience, skills, and qualifications. Responsibilities Strategically lead the use of technology in the Office of Undergraduate Admissions to advance strategic decision making, optimize efficiency, and meet University strategic goals regarding enrollment growth and student success. Play a leading role on teams to select, implement and maintain the University\'s undergraduate enrollment management systems, including the CRM system and the undergraduate application system. Collaborate with Library & Technology Services (LTS) and other staff as well as appropriate university administrators to develop and design implementation or new technological plans. Strategically lead the use of technology in graduate enrollment management to advance strategic decision making, optimize efficiency, and meet University strategic goals regarding enrollment growth and student success. Lead teams to select, implement, and maintain university-wide graduate enrollment management systems, including the graduate application system and the CRM system to target and market to graduate student prospects. Collaborate with LTS and other staff as well as appropriate faculty and college administrators to develop and design implementation or new technological plans. Coordinate Banner and other software changes, upgrades, and implementation of new applications within the Enrollment. Working in collaboration with systems managers in other core and affiliated Enrollment Management (EM) offices, recommend software specific to core EM offices. Strategically advise, identify, and recommend technological and process solutions for information systems to meet EM operational needs and goals of other core EM offices (Financial Aid, Registration and Academic Services, Distance Education, and Summer Sessions) as well as facilitate implementation of these same systems for the Enrollment Services Center. Coordinate with associated offices such as Bursar, Institutional Research, and Library and Technology Services (LTS). Facilitate communication, education, and collaborative processes among the core EM team and offices, and the associated EM offices. Represent the office to internal constituencies that provide, maintain or enhance technology-related functions, including but not limited to Enterprise Systems and Library and Technology Services. Represent the office to vendors. Manage the Office of Enrollment Management Systems (OEMS) and the Enrollment Services Center (ESC), including staff hiring and supervision, office budget management, and collaboration with other offices. Qualifications Bachelor\'s Degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience; Master\'s Degree preferred Five to eight years of related work experience Experience in one or more EM offices (e.g., admissions, financial aid, registrar, EM) preferred Strong project management and change leadership capabilities Excellent communication and collaboration skills Experience with data analysis and process optimization About Lehigh University Lehigh University offers competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and exceptional professional growth opportunities.
