Technical Specialist Superintendent

Hire Resolve's Client, a reputable mining company in Gauteng, is currently looking for an experienced Technical Specialist Superintendent to join their mining team. : NQF Level 6 (Diploma or Advanced Certificate) and/or certifications such as Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft System Centre, VMware or Hyper-V Virtualisation, Commvault, or Nutanix. Minimum of 5 years experience in a related ICT role. Experience in process automation, workflow creation, and support. Medically fit to work within the designated business area. Clear security screening record. Valid drivers license, where applicable. Strong awareness of customer service principles, with the ability to apply effective customer care in an ICT environment. Ability to conduct research, analyse findings, and interpret data. In-depth knowledge of managing Microsoft Windows Server Operating Systems. Experience working with a variety of server hardware platforms. Proficiency with VMware and Hyper-V virtualisation platforms. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
