Aftersales Regional Analyst

The Aftersales Regional Analyst supports the regional aftersales operations of the company, ensuring optimal dealer performance in service, parts, and customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with up to three years of experience in the automotive industry who is eager to develop their career in service operations, dealer support, and customer care. This role is not related to a manufacture or plant position. Key Responsibilities: Assist in monitoring dealer performance against KPIs, including service quality, parts sales, customer satisfaction, and warranty compliance. Support dealer visits to review processes, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure compliance with company standards. Coordinate training sessions for dealer staff on aftersales processes, systems, and customer service best practices. Provide assistance in warranty claim reviews and follow up on pending cases. Collect, consolidate, and analyze regional aftersales data to support decision-making and reporting to management. Support the implementation of regional service campaigns , recalls, and customer care initiatives. Maintain close communication with parts, technical, and customer care teams to address dealer inquiries. Participate in customer satisfaction improvement programs and assist dealers in implementing corrective actions. Help prepare presentations, reports, and action plans for internal and dealer meetings. Assist in coordinating logistics for regional events such as technical training, service fairs, or product launches. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. No more than 4 years of experience in the automotive industry, desirable in aftersales, service. Other industries will be not consider. Strong analytical skills and ability to work with Excel and reporting tools . Basic knowledge of warranty processes, parts logistics, or service operations is preferred. Intermediate English (B2) for communication with global teams. Excellent interpersonal skills and willingness to travel regionally. Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
