We are on the lookout for a proactive Paid Media Buyer with focus on Performance with 3 years of experience who can manage our product's features and platform’s media campaigns. Responsibilities: ● Pacing. Daily budget monitoring and adjustments based on Media Planes. ● Download data from in-platforms and create performance reports with Google in workflow. Report weekly and monthly on the different campaign performance. ● Manage campaign setup and implementation. ● Configure and set up campaigns to maximize performance and revenue. ● Executing tests, collecting and analyzing data, identifying trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI. ● Actively research the latest trends, tools, and optimization tactics. ● Actively participate in brainstorming sessions on various projects, and bring ideas to improve performance with CP/CSS and client(s). ● Collaborate with other teams, like creative, marketing, sales and customer service to scale content capabilities and output. Requirements: ● 3 years of experience with Facebook, Google and TikTok Ads. ● 1 years of experience with DV360 Ads is a PLUS. ● Candidates must at least have managed $1M MXN or $500K USD ● Pacing. ● Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Spreadsheets. ● Data-driven, well organized and structured team player. ● Excellent spoken and written English skills. Desired Personality Traits: ● Keen sense of responsibility and accountability. ● Flexibility and adaptability in challenging situations. ● Should be aware of Smart Tech and Digital Branding preplanning.
