The Role: Deliver local marketing plans aligned with global brand strategy Manage PR, digital and creative agency relationships Drive awareness, footfall, and retail performance through campaigns and events Oversee budget and report on marketing performance & ROI Build strong local partnerships and stakeholder engagementYour Experience: Strong Marketing Managerial experience Proven experience within hospitality or retail Strong understanding of both digital and traditional channels Commercial mindset with budget and reporting experience Organised, hands-on and creative approachPackage: £45,000 - £55,000 Ashford, Kent – 1-day WFH could be considered Discretionary bonus – up to 25% £500 wellbeing allowance 10% employer pension contribution
