Key Responsibilities: Lead by example to inspire and support the team, ensuring exceptional service and brand standards. Support the Store Manager with operational excellence and day-to-day management of the store. Coach, develop and motivate team members to exceed sales targets and KPIs. Maintain effective stock control and visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines. Be a confident decision-maker and a trusted second-in-command when the Store Manager is absent. About You: Previous experience as an Assistant Manager (or strong Supervisor looking to step up) in a premium or luxury retail setting. A passion for customer service and delivering memorable experiences. Strong commercial awareness and the ability to drive results through your team. A hands-on leader who thrives in a team-focused, high-performance environment.
