HGV 7.5T Driver

Thrive Recruitment are looking for a 7.5T Delivery Driver to work for our client based in Begwary, Bedford. Begwary is near to St Neots, Wyboston and Eaton Socon (MK44 postocde are). This is a permanent vacancy with our client. About the company: Our client is a market leader supplier in the non-mechanical products for hire or sale. About the Role: You will be driving a 7.5T vehicle to various locations across the Country. Usually around 2 drops per day, but this is subject to the locations you will be delivering in. Perform heavy lifting and ensuring the quality and safety of the delivered items. Communicate effectively with customers and site personnel to ensure a high standard of satisfaction and service. They would require someone who is willing to get 'stuck in' and help in the yard where required. Driving of their FLT Counterbalance truck will be required if you have a licence. Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 6am start until finish. Salary: £30,000 dependant on experience. Requirements for the Role: Must hold a 7.5T, Class C1 driving licence. No more than 3 minor penalty points on licence. Strictly no DD's, DR's, IN's and TT99's endorsements on driving licence. It would be an advantage to hold a FLT Counterbalance licence whether it be a recognised governing body or in-house. Start Date: You wil attend an on-site interview with our client first and then if successful, you will start as soon possible following that.
