Babysitter wanted for childcare in Guelph

I'm looking to find someone who understands Wiley and can help us through the summer and then occasionally during the school year. Wiley is a hilarious boy who loves the outdoors, he is inquisitive and sensitive, but loves to laugh. He is a late talker so a caregiver that has lots of patience and loves to read is a must. My partner and I work a lot so we are looking for a little regualarity in care.
