About the Role This is a People Partner position, working closely with the People & Inclusion team to provide generalist HR support across the business. Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): Work closely with key stakeholders to deliver HR solutions Advising the business on Employee Relations matters and identifying / mitigating risks to the business Supporting on L&D and DEI initiatives Supporting teams with recruitment as and when required Build relationships across the business Ad-hoc HR support as and when required. Candidate Specification: CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent) qualified Generalist or HR Business Partner level experience required Excellent communication skills Prior experience of Employee Relations Confident in UK employment law Experience of Hay Job Evaluation or similar (preferable) Excellent commercial awareness and proven record of influencing leadership. Additional Information: Salary up to £51K depending on experience Flexible working hours – 9am – 5pm OR 8am – 4pm Hybrid working – 2 days in the office, 3 days from home Central London office location.
