Job Role: Payroll Coordinator Reporting to: Head of Finance/People Location: Head Office, White City Place, West London Contract type: Part Time – 3 days a week in the office About Us: MEEM is one of the UK’s fastest-growing luxury fashion brands. About the Role: As an experiences Payroll Temp, you will manage and oversee the payroll process for the UK on a monthly basis, reviewing the current process and advising on improvements and efficiencies. You will process payroll data accurately and maintain up-to-date payroll records ensuring full compliance with all relevant employment laws and HMRC regulations. You will manage pension administration, employee benefits (including salary sacrifice schemes), bonus processing, and statutory reporting such as P11D and PSA submissions. Responsibilities: Manage the monthly UK payroll cycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements Administer pensions and employee benefits, including auto-enrolment, salary sacrifice schemes, and PMI Process contractual changes, bonuses, new starters, and leavers (including final payments and holiday pay) Prepare payroll reports for Finance and HR, and support annual Gender Pay Gap reporting Act as first point of contact for payroll queries, providing timely and professional resolutions Ensure payroll compliance through audits, HMRC reporting (P11D/PSA), and accurate record-keeping Support the implementation of a new payroll platform and contribute to financial policy compliance Skills: Experience as a payroll coordinator In depth knowledge of UK payroll legislation Proficient in Excel Discretion and confidentiality essential Attention to detail Knowledge of payroll software would be an advantage but not essential Employee Benefits: 33 days annual leave for full time employees (25 days holiday 8 bank holidays) A day off to celebrate your birthday.
