Join a dynamic, international team supporting end-of-lease processes for leased machines. We're looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Customer Services Representative to be the first point of contact for dealers and customers across the UK, Netherlands, and Ireland. What You’ll Do: Manage customer relationships and service coordination for leased assets Handle end-of-lease processes with a keen understanding of financial products like hire purchase Resolve customer issues efficiently, with a focus on service excellence Collaborate across teams and regions to deliver seamless customer support Use tools like Microsoft Office , Oracle , Salesforce , and ideally Power BI to drive insights and improvements What We’re Looking For: Experience in a finance or leasing environment Strong communication and relationship management skills Ability to troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve queries professionally Detail-oriented with experience documenting customer interactions Degree or equivalent experience preferred You’ll Succeed If You: Enjoy solving problems and improving customer experience Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Are analytical and tech-savvy Communicate with clarity, empathy, and professionalism Join us for a rewarding 12-month contract where you’ll make a real impact on customer experience and build valuable connections across Europe.
