Job Description

Position Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and results-oriented Operations Lead - Training and Onboarding to help drive seamless onboarding of our property and letting talent, both in the UK and remotely. This role involves building training and onboarding processes in Dwelly family of brands from scratch with best practice and experimental approaches. The successful candidate would have a keen focus on both operational excellence and human-centered employee learning. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment whilst being structured and analytical in their approach. Key Responsibilities: 1.Developing and executing end-to-end training and onboarding process Develop a framework, a playbook and build the process which enables Dwelly to rapidly and effectively onboard new staff onto our proprietary systems and processes The framework will include: Training the whole stuff of a new agency that has been just acquired and now is being integrated into Dwelly IT-system and target operational model Training and onboarding of newcomers into already integrated agencies Continuous on-the-job training for existing personnel on the new system functionality and changes in operational processes Continuously improve the approach to training, with the creation of an approach which allows for regular feedback loop from employees and stakeholders 2.Alignment with product development Maintain an exceptionally strong connection with the development of the Dwelly product, ensuring that training aligns exactly with the product and its updates Provide feedback on areas of the product which are challenging to grasp or could be altered in order to make onboarding more efficient Qualifications: Experience: 3-5 years in training roles, ideally in environments with high numbers of employees, like tech or customer services Skills: Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, structured approach to building operational processes, detail-oriented. Preferred Background: Experience in tech businesses with a heavy operational component, with a demonstrated ability to multitask and manage numerous moving parts Experience in translating technical jargon into deep training plans, with an understanding of how to provide information in a way that is easily digestible. Cultural Fit: An appreciation of British culture, with an ability to work with traditional teams and achieve results quickly. Understanding of what startup working attitude means. Hands-on approach to building a high performing efficient training capability effectively from scratch. Location: UK-based with occasional travel required to some of our UK sites, more at the start to assist with onboarding.
