Purpose of the role To provide technical support both internally and to our clients, with the aim of developing towards a leadership role within the Land Referencing Directorate. What you’ll be doing Attend client meetings as Ardent’s representative and provide updates. Support Project Managers in the delivery of projects, taking ownership of project elements. Lead sections of the project team to deliver assigned tasks. Ensure compliance with processes and procedures in line with our Quality Management System. Develop knowledge of enabling acts and support colleagues in their learning. Apply critical thinking to propose solutions to project challenges. Mentor junior team members, listening to and evaluating their input. Produce accurate and consistent project deliverables such as Books of Reference, plans, and maps. Draft professional documents and reports for internal and external stakeholders. Skills & Experience Strong relationship-building skills with clients and stakeholders. Ability to allocate tasks, delegate responsibly, and communicate methodology. Experience of working within agreed budgets and scopes. Good technical knowledge of the Land Referencing process.
