Ideal for engineers seeking careers in FMCG or regulated manufacturing. ⚙️ The Role – Maintenance Engineer Responsibilities: Provide fast and effective breakdown support across filling, packaging, chilling, and conveyor systems. Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) via CMMS systems. Troubleshoot, problem-solve, and perform root cause analysis to reduce downtime. Drive continuous improvement and efficiency projects. Maintain safe working practices, SOPs, and participate in risk assessments. Support engineering and site development projects. The Person – What We’re Looking For: Experience as a Multi-Skilled Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, M&E Technician, or Shift Engineer in FMCG, food, or regulated manufacturing. Time-served/apprentice-trained engineer with NVQ Level 3/ONC or above. Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills (including RCA methodology). Comfortable working with CMMS systems (SAP PM or equivalent). Proactive, flexible, and happy to work a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.
