About the Division This opportunity sits within the firm’s dedicated major fit-out division, which focuses exclusively on complex Cat A and Cat B commercial projects, typically valued from £20 million to £50 million. Due to a strong pipeline of secured work and strategic expansion, they are seeking a Senior Project Manager. Senior Project Manager – Key Responsibilities (Fit Out) Take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of large-scale Cat B fit-out projects, from pre-construction through to completion and handover. Lead project planning, including developing programmes, resource allocation, procurement strategies, and risk assessments. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, to budget, and to the highest quality standards. Act as the primary client contact, building and maintaining strong relationships while managing expectations and resolving issues proactively. Oversee commercial performance, including contract management, cost reporting, value engineering, and change control. Lead regular project meetings with stakeholders, producing clear reporting and ensuring accountability across teams.
