Hours: Full Time, 37hrs per week, Monday to Saturday Contract: Permanent Closing Date: 5PM on Friday 19th September If you are anenthusiastic and experienced housing manager passionate about delivering excellent housing related support services to families at risk of homelessness, then our Homeless Support Service Team Leader is the role for you. Could you inspire a team to support changing the lives of those at risk of homelessness? Do you have experience of working with clients who may demonstrate challenging behaviour? Do you have a sound working knowledge of safeguarding? Do you have the ability to relate to people? Do you have the ability to document information in an accurate and concise manner? Were looking for an exceptional talent to oversee the delivery of excellent, consistent and responsive housing services. Youll be responsible for leading, inspiring and engaging a team of support workers to deliver industry-leading customer and housing services. You'll have a strong track record of delivering results, along with extensive experience of housing management practice, with a focus on robust performance management and demonstrating strength in motivating others. Your Experience: Successful candidates will need: Essential : Full current driving licence and have access to a car for business use Good standard of general education Experience of leading, managing and supporting a team Demonstratable experience of safeguarding practice Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal Desirable : Demonstratable experience of working in a housing related support service Advanced IT skills About us Were all about helping people in need of housing.
