Job Description Customer Service Adviser, Basingstoke: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person. Processing orders and liaising with a warehouse and 3PL Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring satisfaction with the outcome. Provide detailed information about products and services to assist customers in their decision-making process. Process customer transactions and returns accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using internal systems. Collaborate with team members to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer service experience. Assist with administrative tasks related to the customer service department as required. The Successful Applicant A successful Temp Customer Service Adviser should have: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the retail industry. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with customers. A positive attitude and a problem-solving approach to handle queries and complaints. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in using computer systems and basic office software.
