£12.50 per hour PAYE Swindon (Hybrid) Ongoing Temporary position Your New Role Our client is a market leading global organisation, who due to a busy period are looking to bring on a temporary customer service representative to join their team. This is a customer focussed position, where you will communicate effectively both over the phones and via emails, dealing with customer queries. You will be the first point of contact for the organisations customers, representing both yourself and company in a good light, ensuring customer satisfaction is at the forefront of all interactions. Ensuring Your Success Ideally you will have previous experience working within a customer service based role, within an office environment. You will be a confident communicator, with the ability to effectively correspond both verbally and written. You will have the ability to pick up new systems quickly, be organised and posses strong attention to detail.
