A bit about what you will be doing: We are seeking a passionate and driven General Manager to lead the team in delivering refined, exceptional service and unforgettable guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing a premium hospitality business, with full confidence in overseeing daily operations and end-to-end responsibility for profit and loss. You’ll be commercially astute with a strong grasp of business finance, consistently identifying opportunities to drive revenue and exceed financial targets. As General Manager, you will work closely with the Operations Manager and Director to continuously enhance service standards, elevate the guest journey, and ensure the ongoing success of the restaurant. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service, quality, and guest satisfaction. Lead, develop, and inspire the team to perform at their best, fostering a positive and accountable culture. Drive financial performance through strong P&L management, cost control, and revenue growth. Ensure full compliance with health & safety, food safety, and licensing regulations. Work closely with chefs and support teams to maintain high standards and deliver an exceptional product. Analyse guest feedback, operational data, and team performance to continuously improve. Key Requirements: Proven experience as a General Manager in a high-end or premium restaurant environment. Strong commercial acumen with full confidence in managing budgets, financial reporting, and KPIs. A natural leader with excellent communication, people development, and problem-solving skills. Passionate about hospitality, guest experience, and delivering consistent service excellence. Organised, resilient, and hands-on, with the ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment.
