The role offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of high-quality non-contentious matters, advising on significant domestic and international projects across sectors including real estate, energy, infrastructure, and transport. The successful candidate will have experience in non-contentious construction law, ideally gained at a major UK or international law firm. You will advise on drafting and negotiating construction documentation, including building contracts, professional appointments, collateral warranties, and associated agreements. Experience in advising on procurement strategies, project structures, and risk allocation in large-scale developments will be highly regarded.
