Interim Structured Products Lawyer (x3) - £140k-£190k- Confidential Client

I am working closely with a leading client in the financial services space who are looking for structured products lawyers and/or senior negotiators with relevant experience on PRIIPs, retail note offerings. Key responsibilities of the role includes being close to the structuring/packaging desks on a day-to-day basis as well as to build relationships with key business partners, internal legal colleagues and external counsel. You will also be involved in the development and distribution of a wide range of structured investment products as well as the issuance of structured notes (including credit-linked notes and repackagings) primarily to institutional investors.
