Commercial Property Locum - Part Time

Location: North Yorkshire - Hybrid Start Date: ASAP Salary: Competitive, based on experience Job Description: A well-established law firm in North Yorkshire is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Locum to join their team ASAP on a part-time basis. Key Responsibilities: Draft and review commercial leases, sale/purchase agreements, and other property-related contracts. Advise clients on property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and refinancing. Handle disputes between landlords and tenants, advising on eviction, rent arrears, and lease breaches. Conduct property due diligence and support clients through all stages of property development. Work closely with other departments to offer integrated legal solutions. What We're Looking For: Qualified Solicitor with experience in commercial property law. Strong knowledge of property legislation and market trends. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
