Job Description
Employment Solicitor - 6PQE Location: London (with flexible remote working) Salary: Competitive We have been instructed on an opportunity for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join a highly regarded team that is continuing to expand. This practice has a strong reputation across both contentious and non-contentious matters, with a particular emphasis on complex disputes involving discrimination and equality issues. The successful candidate will have at least six years' PQE gained in a recognised London or regional practice. A background in handling contentious work is essential, including drafting and responding to tribunal claims, preparing witness statements, managing disclosure, and advising directly on sensitive employment issues. Advocacy experience would be an advantage, but is not a requirement. You will be confident managing matters independently, whilst also working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider practice. Strong client-handling skills are expected, together with the ability to contribute to business development initiatives. This position offers genuine flexibility with remote working arrangements, combined with time spent in the firm's central London office. It would suit an ambitious Lawyer who is looking to combine high-quality work with a supportive and modern working culture. To find out more about this role and others we are handling, please get in touch with David Von Dadelszen in complete confidence. Please note that where a level of preferred experience or qualification is indicated, this is a guideline only and does not preclude applications from candidates with more or less experience. Jameson Legal acts as an employment business for temporary recruitment and as an employment agency for fixed term contract and permanent recruitment.
