As a Network Inbound Manager , you’ll play a key role in shaping and governing our inbound operations, ensuring smooth supply chain performance across our network. What you’ll be doing: Overseeing inbound performance, capacity planning, and governance processes Ensuring smooth triage and escalation of inbound issues across key partners Developing tools, policies, and processes to improve supply chain operations Driving continuous improvement across logistics and supplier management Collaborating with senior stakeholders across Ocado and external partners What we’re looking for: Strong understanding of supply chain, logistics, or retail operations Comfortable with data, KPIs, and root cause analysis Confident building governance processes and influencing stakeholders Calm under pressure with excellent communication skills Previous leadership or coaching experience in an operational environment This role is hybrid , based in Hatfield, with 2–3 days per week onsite.
