This isn’t a tick-the-box HR gig — you’ll be partnering with managers, coaching leaders, designing and delivering learning programmes, embedding DE&I, and embedding People practices to scale in the right way. It’s equal parts strategic and hands-on, with plenty of scope to leave your mark. This is a hybrid role with regular trips to their Oxfordshire and Gloucestershire offices to keep People Team presence strong. Now you’re talking…but what’s in it for me? So now tell me what’s required… You’ve been a People/HR Business Partner in a fast-moving, scaling business. You’ve got some L&D firepower — spotting needs, building programmes, delivering impact. You’re credible with managers and leaders, able to coach, challenge and influence. You’re solutions-focused, proactive and commercially aware. You’re just as comfortable getting stuck into the detail as you are shaping big-picture strategy. This one’s for someone who wants more than “maintenance mode” HR.
