As a B2B company, responsive and technically knowledgeable communication with our clients is key to our success. We are currently seeking a dedicated Product Development Coordinator to cover a 12-month maternity leave, with the possibility of transitioning into a permanent position based on performance. To support your success in the role, comprehensive training will be provided across all key responsibilities, ensuring you feel confident and well-equipped from day one. Key Responsibilities & Attributes Respond promptly and professionally to customer and distributor inquiries, primarily via email. Provide clear and accurate product and technical information to external stakeholders. Liaise with internal Production and Quality Control teams to coordinate lead times and required documentation. Support sample requests, manage follow-up communications, and ensure timely delivery. Demonstrate excellent written communication skills and strong organisational abilities. Exhibit a positive, solutions-focused attitude and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Highly motivated, hard-working, and proactive in taking initiative. Capable of prioritising tasks, managing time efficiently, and handling heavy-duty tasks effectively. What We're Looking For A cooperative, team-oriented contributor who plays a key role in cross-functional coordination. Excellent interpersonal skills with a multifunctional. Open-minded, culturally aware, and welcoming of diverse perspectives. Prior experience in customer service, sales support, or B2B account management. A background in biology, cosmetic science, chemistry, or a related discipline is highly preferred. However, candidates with relevant professional experience in other fields will also be considered. Detail-oriented with a structured and organised approach to client engagement. Self-motivated and capable of working independently within a small, fast-moving team led by ownership. Contract Details 12-month maternity cover (Full-time) Contract may be extended or converted to permanent based on performance and business needs.
