THE ROLE As a Midweight Product Designer, you’ll join a cross-functional team working on key onboarding and lifecycle journeys. You’ll get hands-on exposure across the full design process while contributing ideas at a strategic level. With a clear progression path to Senior Designer within 6 months, this role offers the opportunity to fast-track your career in a high-growth fintech environment. PROJECTS YOU’LL WORK ON Supporting the redesign of the legacy trading platform. Helping to build retail-focused propositions. Designing unified customer journeys across app and web. Creating smoother onboarding and account activation flows. SKILLS EXPERIENCE Must haves: Solid end-to-end product design skills, with strong Figma capability. Familiarity with design systems and component libraries. Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with product and engineering. Portfolio showcasing creative problem-solving and user-centred design. Nice to have: Exposure to UX/product research. Experience with data-driven design or complex workflows.
