The group is undergoing rapid growth, building new schools from scratch, acquiring others, and investing in high-performance, scalable digital infrastructure. THE ROLE This is a strategic digital leadership role. You’ll take full ownership of the platform, ensuring it performs commercially, scales globally, and integrates CRM, CRO, SEO, and emerging AI-powered capabilities. Less about day-to-day execution, this position focuses on product thinking, strategic ownership, and cross-functional leadership. You’ll be instrumental in: Developing and connecting digital propositions across web content, onboarding, and user journeys Driving the roadmap for AI adoption within the web function Ensuring performance, scalability, and compliance across a global ecosystem SKILLS Strong experience in digital or web product management A track record across CRM, CRO, SEO, and digital platforms Experience building and delivering roadmaps Comfort leading teams and stakeholders without needing to be hands-on A passion for AI innovation, even if not technical High attention to UX, performance, and conversion metrics Bonus if you’ve worked in: Retail, agency, or PE-backed businesses Fast-growth, marketing-led environments A global or multi-brand setup Performance-driven digital teams
