Senior Project Manager Overview : Our client is looking for a Senior PM with experience working as part of a major program implementing new Branch applications. Focus will be on managing test efforts across the program. Looking for a very seasoned Sr Technology project manager who is able to work with business and technical teams on a large and complex program. Ideal candidate would be a Sr. PM with 15 years IT PM experience in Banking/Financial Services (on the IT side), worked in a mature PMO, has experience working with very senior executives and stakeholders and has a great deal of competency with handling senior executives, creating executive presentations for several meetings and discussions at the exec level. Needs to have expert leadership and communication skills. Needs to be very comfortable working in fast paced, deadline driven environment. Needs to have a track record for managing On Time, On Budget and delivering agreed upon Scope and with high quality. Candidate should have experience managing vendor delivery. Qualifications : Lead assigned projects from project initiation to implementation to achieve desired business results. Ensures that a successful business outcome is the prime measure of project success including delivering projects on time, within budget, within quality standards and to the satisfaction of the project sponsor. Drives to mitigate execution risk to achieve the desired business outcomes. Understands the business/group and facilitates communication with other program/project managers and stakeholders efficiently and effectively. Directs, manages, and coordinates team members including other project managers, business and technology resources, user groups, internal and external consultants and contractors, as well as vendors. Has experience working in Agile and Waterfall environment Experience working with Clarity, MS Project, and Jira Experience working with FIS, and development and test teams offshore and onsite Interview Process: Interviews will take place as soon as we find the right candidates.
