We’re looking for a Level 3 IRATA Site Superintendent who thrives at leading teams, solving challenges on the spot, and delivering projects safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. Role Summary As a Site Superintendent , you will oversee day-to-day field operations, manage rope access crews, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. Success in this role means leading by example, developing strong client relationships, and empowering your team to perform at their best. Responsibilities Lead and mentor field crews to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards. Oversee rope access operations and promote a strong safety-first culture. Coordinate with the Operations Manager to plan and deliver projects on time and within budget. Track and review daily reporting (labor hours, equipment usage, material consumption). Conduct site walk-throughs with clients, ensuring satisfaction and exploring additional work opportunities. Support, train, and mentor new technicians, building leadership capacity within your team. Manage subcontractors and equipment to ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices. Facilitate daily safety meetings and proactively address risks or hazards.
