Due to our success and expansion, we are looking for a new team member with energy, drive and proactivity to join us as an Aftersales Specialist. Your responsibilities: As an Aftersales Specialist, you will be the main point of contact for clients following the initial property purchase. Your role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless post-sale experience by managing client inquiries, coordinating project updates, and facilitating property personalization. You will work closely with internal departments to deliver exceptional customer service and drive additional revenue through upselling opportunities. Key responsibilities: Act as the main contact for all aftersales-related client inquiries, providing timely updates on project progress and plot-specific developments. Personalization & Upselling: Identify and promote optional upgrades and customization opportunities, tailored to meet each client’s preferences and lifestyle needs. Extras Management: Present, manage, and coordinate the implementation of optional features during construction and post-completion stages. Quote & order management: Prepare and manage accurate quotes and order documentation for all client requests, ensuring timely processing and follow-up. Customer experience: Proactively enhance the client journey by streamlining processes, addressing concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction throughout the aftersales phase. Sales team support: Collaborate with the Sales department to support ongoing deals, providing insight and assistance when required. Your profile Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but we strongly believe that the right mindset and willingness to learn are just as valuable. Languages: Proficiency in English is essential for this role. Dutch is highly appreciated and knowledge of Spanish is a strong advantage. Interpersonal skills: You’re a natural people person, able to build genuine connections with clients and maintain strong, trust-based relationships. Professionalism: You carry yourself with confidence and integrity, always representing the company in a professional and approachable manner. Problem solver: You’re proactive and solutions-oriented, capable of handling client requests and resolving issues efficiently and calmly.
