Earn What You Deliver: Competitive basic monthly bonus 5% retail commission - OTE £35,000-£40,000 What You’ll Do Deliver concierge-level service at the front desk, setting the tone for a 5-star journey. Manage bookings, payments, and diaries with precision. Convert warm patient leads into booked consultations and treatments- and earn bonus on this! Assist doctors as a professional chaperone in clinic. Drive product sales with confidence and warmth. Safeguard compliance and uphold luxury standards. Who We’re Looking For Previous Front of House experience in an aesthetics clinic (essential). Proven background in sales and lead conversion . Luxury industry experience. Bubbly, polished, and highly customer-service focused. Experience as a doctor’s assistant/chaperone (preferred). Strong IT literacy, including booking systems and MS Office. The Package Competitive basic salary in line with skills and experience Monthly bonus scheme- up to £350 5% retail commission. Full-time: Tuesday–Saturday Based in West London.
