The Role Real Estate - Senior Associate - £75,000 - £90,000 salary This is a superb opportunity to join a leading International, Legal 500 firm in their award-winning Commercial Real Estate team, to work on a varied caseload covering predominantly work in the hospitality and leisure sectors, including hotel developments. The Real Estate Division is central pillar of the firms current strategy and one of the largest and most respected in the UK, operating nationally across 13 locations with over 460 professionals, and 50 Partners. The team also advises on lease negotiation and management for retail, leisure, and licensed premises and we’re seeking experience of portfolio management for large corporate clients. The established Real Estate team, many of whom are ranked as leading individuals in The Chambers, cover real estate services across the majority of markets including general property matters with a particular focus on infrastructure and energy sectors.
