Commercial/Outsourcing Lawyer | 3PQE | International Law Firm

An international law firm is looking for a Commercial Lawyer with 3 years’ PQE and strong experience in IT, technology, and outsourcing. This is a key opportunity to join their Tier 1-ranked national team, advising on complex, high-value commercial and digital transformation projects. You’ll work with a prestigious client base, including major UK banks, FTSE 100 companies, global tech businesses, fintech innovators, and household-name retailers. The team advises on a broad range of commercial and technology matters, including IT outsourcing, SaaS/cloud arrangements, licensing, and large-scale transformation deals across both private and public sectors. You’ll be involved in leading transactions, negotiating contracts, and delivering strategic advice where technology, outsourcing, and regulatory change intersect. The role also offers opportunities to mentor junior team members, contribute to business development, and support the continued growth of the team’s commercial technology offering. Ideal candidates will have solid experience in commercial technology law, excellent client-handling skills, and a practical understanding of delivering legal solutions in fast-moving, regulated environments. Sector experience in areas such as financial services, fintech, retail, or digital health would be an advantage.
