Senior Business Analyst Hybrid (2 days a month in North-west England office) 18 Months FTC Up to £70k This role involves working on a high-profile project that requires updating regulatory reporting systems and ensuring smooth implementation of new regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities: Conduct regular regulatory reporting Engage with stakeholders and build strong relationships to ensure project success Update regulatory reporting systems and ensure smooth transitions For this role you should have: Strong experience as a BA within financial services essential, retail banking experience would be a plus Strong analysis skills; process mapping, ‘as is’ & ‘to be’ states, requirements gathering Regulatory project experience would be highly beneficial, particularly Basel or IFRS Excellent stakeholder management skills A proactive and adaptable mindset, capable of managing multiple priorities and working effectively within cross-functional teams.
