THE ROLE As a Senior Product Designer, you will be involved in the following: Lead end-to-end product design (discovery → ideation → prototyping → testing → delivery) Design best-in-class onboarding and account opening journeys Bring creative, user-first thinking while ensuring solutions are scalable and business-aligned Work closely with design leads, product managers, and engineers in a cross-functional team Mentor and support junior designers, raising the overall quality bar Modernising a legacy trading platform for the next generation of users Designing a unified cross-platform experience (web app) Building new retail propositions to attract entry-level investors Creating a best-in-class onboarding journey that drives engagement YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Strong Product Designer with great experience in product/UI/UX Proficient in Figma, design systems, and component libraries Skilled in end-to-end design (from research and ideation through to delivery) Able to think creatively and independently – comfortable with whiteboarding and problem-solving Background in FinTech, FS, SaaS, or high-growth startups preferred BENEFITS Salary up to £85,000 Up to 12% annual bonus Great opportunities for career growth How to apply Express your interest by sending your CV to Theo via the apply link on this page
