Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring satisfaction. Update and maintain customer records with accurate information. Coordinate with internal teams to address customer concerns. Provide product information and recommendations to customers. Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to processes. Assist in tracking orders and updating customers on delivery status. Ensure all interactions align with the company's service standards. The Successful Applicant A successful Customer Service Agent should have: Experience in customer service or a related field, ideally in the retail industry. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage and resolve customer issues effectively. Proficiency in using customer service software or CRM tools. A proactive and problem-solving mindset. Attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality service. The ability to work independently and as part of a team. What's on Offer A full time permanent position with a consistent Monday to Friday schedule, 9am to 5pm (35 hours) A salary of £24500 The opportunity to work one full day a week in the office, with the potential for more. 25 hours per week, not including bank holidays.
