Head of processing / Customer Service Centre, central London We are offering a salary of £65,000 to £85,000 plus bonus and career opportunities for a permanent role based at in our Marylebone, London office. A fantastic and exciting opportunity for an experienced Head of Processing / Customer Service Centre with an excellent bonus structure and great career progression opportunities, with an immediate start, at a market leading, dynamic and renowned Property and Car Park Management Company. You will be responsible for the management of an extremely busy team, helping to manage three offices. We are looking for a passionate, pro-active, enthusiastic, and motivated team player to provide the highest standards of professionalism. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous management experience, successful delivery of KPIs, excellent team leading skills andaneye for detail. We are looking for someone with proficient IT skills, working with Microsoft and other software packages as well as reporting. Providing specialist car parking services to a wide range of blue-chip clients throughout the UK. The role Main Responsibilities Leading, promoting and driving the department performance and customer experience Leading, managing and delivering the Company strategy to achieve optimised customer experience Leading, managing and monitoring operational teams and processes whilst meeting compliance standards and expectations Identifying, building, and maintaining positive internal and external stakeholder relationships Developing your team by recognising and cultivating talent Training, quality checks and workforce planning Process improvement, implementation, and growth Manage the KPI and SLA Process Recruitment and resource planning Hands on role, working with customers to resolve any queries and complaints Interested?
