You'll work closely with the sales and service teams, turning installations into ongoing service agreements and proactively growing the client base. About the Role: You'll play a pivotal role managing and expanding service and maintenance contracts-from securing renewals on legacy equipment to converting new installations into long-term service agreements. With a dedicated team of engineers on the road, your focus will be to build strong client relationships, drive proactive sales, and deliver outstanding customer service aligned with SLAs and targets.
