Job Description

Demand Planner | 4 days in Central London | £45,000-£55,000 Benefits We are partnering with a fast-growing cosmetics scale-up that is building out its Supply Chain & Operations team in the UK and across Europe. They’re now looking for a talented Demand Planner to join their London HQ and play a pivotal role in driving growth. In this role, you’ll own the demand forecasting process, working cross-functionally with Commercial, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to deliver accurate forecasts, optimise inventory, and ensure product availability across the UK & EU. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the demand planning function from the ground up and directly support the business’ expansion into new retailers and markets. What you’ll be doing: Develop and maintain accurate rolling demand forecasts across categories and channels Collaborate with Commercial & Marketing to factor in new launches and promotional activity Lead monthly demand & supply planning reviews, presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders Maintain healthy inventory levels, avoiding stockouts and overstock Deliver regular reporting on forecast accuracy, demand vs. actuals, and inventory performance Support the implementation and optimisation of new demand planning tools and processes What we’re looking for: 3 years’ experience in demand planning within FMCG/consumer goods Strong analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail Clear communicator who can turn data into actionable insights Proactive problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset If you’re looking to make your mark in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and help shape the future of a scale-up supply chain, I’d love to hear from you – apply today!
