Job Description Manage and motivate a telesales team of 15 to meet and exceed sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies. Monitor and analyse team performance to identify areas for improvement. Provide coaching and training to enhance team effectiveness and skills. Ensure customer service standards are maintained and improved. Collaborate with other departments to align sales efforts with business objectives. Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management. Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively. The Successful Applicant A successful Telesales Manager should have: Proven experience in a contact centre or telesales leadership role. Experience dealing with high volume B2B customers Strong organisational and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. A results-driven approach with a focus on achieving targets. Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools. What's on Offer Hourly pay of approximately £200 per day Opportunity to work within the energy & natural resources sector. Temporary role with potential for skill development.
